By car

From A Coruña - Santiago de Compostela:  by AP9 motorway direction Ferrol. After,   AC862 road towards Ortigueira. Turn left in Ponte de Mera going to Cariño.

From Oviedo:

• by A8 motorway direction A Coruña until Vilalba (Lugo), take the way out direction As Pontes - Ferrol by AG64 motorway. Afterwards take exit 33 direction Ortigueira by AC101. After some kilometres, follow Cariño signs.
• by A8 motorway + coastal road, take the way out going to Foz – San Cibrao – Viveiro by N642/LU862 . After follow Ortigueira - Ferrol signs by AC862 road. In Ponte de Mera turn right to Cariño.

From Madrid - Lugo: by A6 motorway to Baamonde (Lugo), after direction Ferrol - As Pontes by A8-AG64 motorways and take the way out number 33 going to Ortigueira by AC101 road. After follow Cariño signs.

By bus

From A Coruña - Ferrol or from Viveiro: Viveiro -  A Coruña line by the coast. Change bus in Ponte de Mera bus stop. Arriva company.

By train

Ferrol - Ortigueira, Ferrol - Ribadeo – Oviedo lines: Ponte de Mera halt (10 km far away from Cariño). Renfe-Feve train company. + info Renfe
